Anthurium plants
Anthuriums are evergreen tropical plants with a long, tube-shaped flower that sits at the end of a long stem.
• Temperature: This plant can be grown indoors or outdoors, provided the temperature does not exceed 27°C. The optimal temperature for its growth is between 18-25°C.
• Lighting: It doesn't require intense light; 3-4 hours of light daily is sufficient. This amount can be achieved by placing the plant in a dark location for extended periods, as this affects the leaf color, especially the bract surrounding the flower, which is the source of its beauty.
• The plant should not be exposed to direct sunlight to prevent leaf burn.
• Watering: The frequency of watering this plant depends on the dryness of its surface layer. Generally, it can be watered during spring and summer about once every three days, and once a week during winter and autumn.
